Forest Murphy

Forest Murphy was born May 2nd, 1947 to the late Andrew Murphy and Della Morrow. A lifelong resident of Whiteville, TN, where he worked many, many years for the family of Aubry and Wayne Phillips. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Trannie B Jones, and Mary Lee Murphy Holmes. He leaves to cherish his memory, brother Robert (Boleg) Murphy of Whiteville, TN, sisters Jane (Dolly) Fonda of Seattle, WA, and Betty and Patricia Murphy of Dayton, OH. Special nephews Charles Jones, Omar and Tycebro (Shun) Murphy, and Dennis Jones all of Dayton, OH, and Earl Murphy of Somerville, TN. Special nieces Stacey Slauter, BillieMarie Simon, and Latashia Roper all of Dayton, OH and Brenda Holmes of Whiteville, TN. Bonus nieces and nephews that helped care for him and loved on him during his final days Clororessea Brooks-Garret, Latasha McGruder, Jeanetta Martin, Henry Rayford, and Anthony Stipes, all of Dayton, OH. Dear friends Charles and Juanda Kearney of Jackson, TN. Charles and Teresa Landers of Dayton, OH. A host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Forest ran the race and fought the fight, and left behind many great memories of love and laughter that we will carry with us, the true sentiment of Lord I Won’t Complain.
